# Plugin is not working

 * I instaled teh plugin for 2 Years now.At first it worked ok ,than the users cannot
   upload pictures.Now they cannot even register or login.The site is oppening but
   no form is there to see.
    Please help

 * What version of the Ultimate member plugin you have installed?
    Please make sure
   that you have the latest 2.1.38 version of the Ultimate member core. This issue
   can be also caused by some conflicts with your theme or other plugins. Please
   do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away. Here is the [doc on how to do a conflict test](https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/96-how-to-do-a-plugin-theme-conflict-test)
   if you are not sure how to do it.

 * I deactivated and uninstaled the Plugin ,Than i instaled it again so it schould
   be the latest version.At the moment i have all the plugin deactivated and i have
   the 2015 Theme .It is still not working.Pleade take a look.
