• I’ve purchased the plugin and have tried on several different servers and sites and cannot get it to work. What are my options?

    What issue are you having with the plugin?

    I’m trying to import the .wpress file I created and it will not import. I’ve tried this on a few places both local and cloud. It stops very early on in the importing process and never changes.

    I’ve also tried exporting several different versions of the .wpress file and nothing is working.

    Does the import hang at “some % upload” or “restoring some % files” exactly?
    Could you send an email to support at servmask.com describing the issue with screenshots attached?
