• I have purchased the premium plugins ( Both Advanced coupons premium and Gift cards). But the support is extremely sluggish. One email /day is their policy it seems and to solve an issue, I’ve been sending mails for about a week now.

    Hi @icejo thank you for the candid feedback, we’ll definitely take this under consideration.

    A friendly reminder also that we’re in AEST timezone as we’re based in Australia. There might be some delay between when you write in during your business hours vs. when we’re online answering tickets in our business hours.

    Not trying to give an excuse, just something to keep in mind as we try to get to folks on a FIFO basis 🙂 We’re definitely doing our best to keep up and give replies as fast as we can.

    Hoping we can sort your issues soon and you might reconsider the 3 star loss at some point in the future, if we can prove ourselves worthy.
