# Plugin isn't working

 * Just installed it and clicked the “Enable Coming Soon or Site Offline” button
   but it isn’t working. People can still go into the site.

 * I’m sorry that you got into this matter. It should be something wrong with your
   plugin configuration. Here are the things that you should try at this stage.
 * 1. Navigate to `IgniteUp > Options` page.
    2. Tick `Enable Coming Soon or Site
   Offline` checkbox. 3. Un-tick any of `Administrators` or `Editors` checkboxes
   under `Skip Page For` option. 4. Finally save the settings by clicking on `Save
   changes` button.
 * Follow the above 4 steps clearly and check, it should be working. If you still
   have the issue after these, please email us via support[at]ceylonsystems[dot]
   com so that we can assist you further with the matter.

 * I just emailed you guys but I’m about to re install it. I remember the internet
   went little after it finished but that may have done something to it, not sure.
   I’ll check back.

 * Nope, still doesn’t work after that. I’ve tested it in multiple browsers and 
   all don’t go to the plugin page.
