# Plugin issue – Be Rocket

 * I installed the Be Rocket plugin to install a widget for showing Brands on my
   website. It shows up on Desktop but not mobile devices. Why?

 * As far as I can see, that plugin is not available on WordPress.org. Our policy
   is that we do not support it, as it’s not a plugin the volunteers here are likely
   to have or use. See the link to our policy in my original reply.

 * On My wordpress dashboard Add plugin. Now I understand from someone that it is
   showing up on mobile but at the top and not the left side like desktop. How can
   I change where it shows? Any ideas?
