# Plugin Issue With W3C Validator!

 * I put this in the main plugin section but thought i would ask here as well.
 * I am having issues getting the site to validate on posts where i have galleries,
   it was extremely bad when using Shutter 2 effect so i moved to Highslide, much
   better but still one single validation issue that i cannot fix, i’m sure it’s
   very simple to do if i knew the file and had some guidance.
 * The validation error is listed below.
 * No p element in scope but a p end tag seen.
    /></div></div><div class=’ngg-clear’
   ></div></div></p>
 * Can you supply some help in fixing this or better yet fix it for the next upgrade
   of the plugin.
 * I am using the latest edition of WordPress and the Expound theme.
 * Some other details below.
 * Operating System : Linux (64 Bit)
    Server : Apache Memory usage : 43.76 MByte
   MYSQL Version : 5.1.70-cll PHP Version : 5.3.27

 * I have the same problems with W3C validation on pages with NextGEN Gallery plugin:

 * I have this problem too. But the people from nextgen don’t really care for validation.
