# Plugin Issues

 * I just purchased the pro version of this plugin, but when I try to login at [https://www.bbp.design/wp-login.php](https://www.bbp.design/wp-login.php),
   I get this error:
 * The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to
   complete your request.
 * Please contact the server administrator, [webmaster@bbp.design](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-issues-28/webmaster@bbp.design?output_format=md)
   and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done
   that may have caused the error.
 * More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

 * The reason I was wanting to submit a support ticket is because when I installed
   the plugin and configured it, immediately following, there were login issues 
   for everyone using the site. Have you had this happen before? Please help!
