    The plugin “Template Library and Redux Framework” is causing issues with 
   elementor menu dropbox. Elementor has confirmed this. It prevents the dropdown
   menu items from showing without using the scroll bar. Please advise since this
   plugin is a requirement for our theme (real estate 7) Thanks

 * Elementor is a premium plugin (as is the theme you are using) that we cannot 
   support here per WordPress guidelines. Please have the developers of Elementor
   reproduce your issue and report it on our Github issue tracker and we can investigate
   from there.
