 * The plugin has always worked properly, but suddenly the insert shortcode button
   does not do so (this is the button that appears on the upload media pop-up screen–
   the TinyMCE button works perfectly, which my customers never use).
 * The only thing that has changed lately is that I have upgraded my Issuu subscription
   to paid – this surely could not have had the effect?!
 * Help please!
