# [Plugin: Jetpack by WordPress.com] Comments do not work.

 * Comments have been broken for me for the last few weeks. I just upgraded to Jetpack
   1.8.2 and they are still not working. This problems seems to have happened when
   I upgraded to WordPress 3.4.2. I’m at wits end and have no idea how to fix it.
   Without comments working my site is, for my purposes, worthless as tits on a 
   boar.

 * I have had the same problem. I have disabled the “jetpack comments” and my site
   went back to allowing comments.
 * “You may have disabled javascript. Please enable javascript before leaving a 
   comment on this site.” is what it was previously telling my readers.

   a look at your site, and I noticed that you use an additional Anti Spam plugin
   on your site. Could you try to disable it, and let me know if it helps?

 * Growmap Anti Spambot Plugin was not compatible with Jetpack Comments. Now that
   I have deactivated it, I am good to go! Thanks, Jeremy!
