[Plugin: Job Manager] Application archiving and pagination

Hello. Two-part question here about wrangling a large amount of job applications in the Job Manager back end.

Archiving: My client would like to keep old applications around for a while as they sometimes like to notify an applicant that a suitable position has finally opened up.

I’m wondering if anybody is archiving their applications. I see there is CSV export, just wondering if that is suitable and if people are able to successfully work with the results.

Application list pagination: The second issue is somewhat related. They have a long list of applications, and web browser performance is suffering. Is there an easy way to paginate the page of applications in the back end?

I just put in two feature requests to the developer, Gary P, but thought I’d ask the list at large as well.
