 * How do I get the full job description to show up in RSS. Right now all I am getting
   is the Job Title. I will be feeding the jobs over to another site and would really
   like to have the full job description.

 * I use the RSS feed to create monthly emails in mailchimp – do you know if theres
   any way to filter the feed based on job category? similar to how wordpress has
   different feeds for different post categories? grateful for any suggestions
