[Plugin: Job Manager] Login issue

Hi,
I have the url as http://searchjob.royalhrservices.com/jobs/
I registered as a normal user the fact is my wordpress shows it up in users list but no alerts are sent to email as well as the user cannot login using the fields provided in Job Listing.

If user registers through normal wordpress login he gets email alerts password and is able to login and apply for job. But again this does not keep a track of all the applied jobs…

Did i go wrong in setting up? please help
