 * I think the Job Manager plug-in is potentially a great tool but am having a bit
of difficulty tailoring it…my lack of PHP knowledge is probably to blame.
 * I need to be able to sort job applications based upon numeric values – for example,
lets say I would like a list of all applicants with > 3 heads.
 * If the number of heads is a field in the job application, then I would like have
a query based on heads being “> 3” but when I do this, I get no results.
 * When constructing a job application form, I can’t find a ‘numeric’ field, but
only a ‘text’ field. Am I doing something wrong, or how can I sort applicants
using criteria such as greater than or less then?
 * Many thanks, and again, a great plug-in.
