 * Page was running fine for months then stopped working.
 * I’ve upgraded the plug in and WP, read the install (even tried adding it to the
   functions.php) and nothing worked.
 * Any advice would be extremely appreciated.

 * From the source code it looks like your footer is missing the wp_footer function
   as the jquery code and the HTML code is not complete.
