 * this plugin is the best, totally improved my page load time in a big way!
 * but there is one thing I’m wondering about, and it’s the checked option: Ignore
   external JavaScript, “For self-hosted only”.
 * I’de like to include external files like the css files that some plugins add,
   or maybe facebook like box js?!
 * I’m not sure if that works or not. how is that option works?
