# [Plugin: JSON API] Access control?

 * I am using the JSON API on my site to help someone pull posts into a phone app
   that they have. I have been in contact with them and have given them permission
   to do this and install this plugin to help them.
 * But now my site is getting more popular and I’m starting to wonder who else might
   be pulling this data without my permission.
 * Is there a way to setup access control for this? If not for this JSON API, but
   with some other one?
 * I work very hard on my site and even though I don’t mind helping those that ask
   for access, I don’t want someone pulling without my knowledge and displaying 
   it as their own.
