# Plugin keeps deactivating – Errors

 * Hi,
 * I’ve purchased the premium version and installed it.
 * When I try to save options, it gives me a “ERROR: options page not found” WordPress
   error page and deactivates the plugin.
 * Please help

   from the contact us menu in the admin.
 * Did you already activated the premium version and deactivated the free plugin?
   Also please delete the free version!

 * As the author is aware, commercial products are [not supported in these forums](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).
