I’m afraid that’s not linked to Jetpack, as it doesn’t manage the cookies that keep you logged in to your site. This is handled by WordPress itself.
Different issues may cause this to happen, but you could start by looking at this post:
http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-wordpress-keeps-logging-out-problem/
I would also recommend flushing your browser’s cookies to start from start with fresh cookies. You may also want to look at the different browser extensions you’re using, and remove anything that may conflict with cookies and tracking.
I hope this helps.
Hi Jeremy
Yeah I’ve seen that article before and wasn’t the issue. I deactivated all the plugins and seems that jetpack seems to be the one causing the issue as when it’s not running I stay logged in?
Could you try to deactivate Jetpack’s SSO module (under Jetpack > Settings > Security) and let me know if it helps? It is the only module that may have an impact, although it normally keeps you logged in longer, not log you out faster. 🙂
I have reactivated plugin and SSO is deactivated so I’ll see how it goes.
Thanks
