# Plugin keeps moving Completed orders back to Processing

 * If we choose to release/ship an order before the 9am update from Green the plugin
   will move the order back to Processing from Completed. This happens even if we
   manually run the Green Pay status update before shipping the order.

 * Yes we are aware that some customers choose to ship product or complete orders
   before the payment processes through the Green Payment Processing system and 
   we currently have an update planned to address this issue, but unfortunately 
   we do not have any ETA for this update. In the meantime you will have to monitor
   your order status and keep in mind that they will be automatically updated when
   the payment processes through Green. We’re sorry for any inconvenience!

 * The latest update shows the order status update to processing in the notes section
   as before but does not change the order status from Hold to Processing. I ran
   into this today while manually checking orders using the Order Actions menu –
   GreenPay status update function.

   there’s a misunderstanding there between Green’s terminology and WooCommerce’s
   since we both use the term Processing.
 * Our order note is letting you know that the check has been received and the check
   is in Processing. In other words, the check is scheduled to be processed, but
   the payment information hasn’t been sent to the bank yet which is why we don’t
   at that point update the order status in WooCommerce.
 * We only change the order status to the next step in WooCommerce (which they also
   call Processing) once the payment has been processed by Green because that’s 
   the standard set forth by WooCommerce’s documentation for order statuses.
 * Based on your feedback, we’ll be changing the order notes in a future release
   to make that more clear!
