 * This plugin keeps posting on the site even after its been uninstalled. There
is no way to get in touch with them as on their official website [http://www.grab-media.com/](http://www.grab-media.com/)
both the support and contact us forms are non functional?? I have cleared cache
and done everything possible to stop the videos being posted but it’s not working
and I have to manually delete them. Do not download as there are much better
   options available with decent support.

 * livesite077, I’m sorry to hear you were having problems with GrabPress.
 * The problem with the contact us and support forms on our corporate website were
unrelated to GrabPress – caused by updates to our email server, so the connection
to our mail server was broken for a short time. We quickly fixed that today,
   so the [contact](http://www.grab-media.com/contact/) and [support](http://www.grab-media.com/support/)
forms on our site will work as expected now. We also welcome direct email support
   to [support@grab-media.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-keeps-posting-after-uninstallation/support@grab-media.com?output_format=md).
 * Can you tell us the domain for your GrabPress site, or your GrabPress API key(
displayed at the top of the Autoposter page in the plugin), so we can disable
your connector and feed? You can also do this on your end by removing the ‘grabpress’
user from your WordPress Admin Users section – that way, GrabPress has no permission
   to post to your site.
 * In versions up to 2.3.7, we use XML/RPC to post to your site, using the ‘grabpress’
user in your WordPress admin users section. In Grabpress versions 2.4.0+, we
will no longer be using XML/RPC to post to WordPress sites, we’ll be using the
WordPress.com (Oauth) authentication process to establish authentication between
   Autoposter and your WordPress site.
 * Can you also tell us how you uninstalled GrabPress? I ask because we disable
the connector and associated feeds once a user ‘deactivates’ the plugin using
their WordPress Admin plugins page. If for example, a user deletes the plugin
folder, without using the WP Admin, this could introduce the issue you mentioned.
 * Note: We plan to release v2.4.1 to WordPress.org within the week, and you’ll
see some significant improvements to the user experience and user interface,
and improvements to the settings and Autoposter authentication process.
 * I hope this resolves your issue, and that you’ll give GrabPress another try.
We care very much about supporting our users, and finding ways to improve the
   plugin.

 * livesite077: Hi! Can you share the other options you’ve found? I liked grabpress
but the lack up updates and compatibility issues are a problem. Thank!

 * Hi ecsofga
 * I use Related Youtube Videos plugin. It’s got almost any content you want on
your site related to your topic and has new content posted all the time, so you
   get fresh videos.
