But since last year, when I logged out on any of my sites, it mentions incorrect username or password (though I put the correct one). Then I have to deactivate the plugin, and the login works fine afterward. * I have default settings enabled. But this issue is creating lots of problem for me and my assistant. * **ERROR**: Incorrect username or password. * **ERROR**: Too many failed login attempts. Please try again in 23 hours. * Kindly advise how to solve this. Thank you. Try to add HTTP_X_REAL_IP into the Trusted IP Origins field of the plugin settings. We are a premium user. About 30 minutes ago (3:45 EST), numerous customers called unable to login. I was unable to login as well as Admin. Message was “ too many failed login attempts…”. Another currently logged in Admin said LLAR showed no stats. Our developer disabled from backend and things are back to normal. * Is this a know issue? I thought I could override that from [https://my.limitloginattempts.com/dashboard](https://my.limitloginattempts.com/dashboard) but cannot find a link there to override.
