 * Hello there,
 * I just went through a few posts here to find out about how to successfuly setup
   and implement MailChimp forms in a given theme using <?php echo do_shortcode(‘[
   mc4wp-form]’); ?>.
    Thanks, that was really helpful.
 * However I am now stuck with a completely different issue that I have not yet 
   managed to solve :
    – When clicking on the “Submit” button in the header of my
   page, nothing happens. – But when clicking on the “Submit” button in the body,
   or footer, it works.
 * I found a way to solve the issue by completely deleting the code in the header
   to leave just the <?php echo do_shortcode(‘[mc4wp-form]’); ?>. I get a version
   that works, but which design is buggy (button’s width gets larger than form, 
   and most of the styling is lost).
