# [Plugin: Mailpress]Problem with ex and import users

 * Hi,
 * I have exported all my users from my old site as a csv. When I try to import 
   them, I get the error that the format of the csv isn’t correct. So I’ve changed
   that in excel. Now I can import the users. But the thing is that I the name-field
   stays empty and the name of the user is in a additional field. How do I format
   the csv in a way that the name will be imported in the name-field?
