Tried it on two different installations with same result. I had visual editor disabled for one user so I enabled it and I was able to see the map quest button. Can you please provide a fix for that? We’ve had very sporadic reports where the button has disappeared or not functioned, usually related to a conflict with another plugin or a theme.
