 * am looking for a plugin that lets me (as admin tweak) the settings where a plugin
link should be set (upon install). i want it to be in de adminbar sidebar as
   toplevel menu.
 * why does WP plugin installer aks me where i want the backend links? i really
dislike this bug with WP. some plugins show up at my adminbar, others do it toplevel
in the sidebar and others show up in a sublevel menu like settings or tools.
 * and if your a plugin maker, please document or better warn/ask where you gonna
install the damm thing. at least provide a “settings” link in the plugins overview
