 * Great, simple plugin but as soon as we activate it (we’re using the The Fox –
Modern Magazine WordPress Theme), the dropcap at the start of our posts goes
away. We can confirm that the div class for the dropcap is still there, but after
going into DevTools, the CSS is nowhere to be found. I imagine that this hiccup
has to do with the fact that the CSS for the dropcap is the first thing in the
content. Tried a few things, like checking off and on the field at the top, but
the only thing that brings the dropcap back is disabling the plugin. Here’s a
   [before](https://slantmagazine.com/assets/misc/before.png) and [after](https://slantmagazine.com/assets/misc/after.png).

 * I don’t know what this “dropcat” is, but if other plugins use the_content correctly,
there should be no problems. Try in the plugin settings to play with the priority(
   option “set custom priority”).

 * Hi, Patryk. I said dropcap, not dropcat. A dropcap is the large capital letter
used as a decorative element at the beginning of a paragraph or section. I provided
two links to the before and after of one page on our site that show how the capital
letter at the start of our pages goes away when the plugin is disabled. I’m not
really sure I understand the logic of the “set custom priority” but I entered
a whole bunch of numbers in there (11, 99, 999, and a whole bunch of nines),
   and the problem remains.

 * Fact. Early morning 😉
 * My plugin doesn’t remove anything from the content (the_content), but only adds,
so without some kind of analysis of what and with what problem “fox” has, I have
no way to help. Especially since I don’t have this theme.
