[Plugin: Mini Loops] meta data in mini loops

I see you can use meta data for sorting… and custom fields for images… Is there a way to pull custom meta data in to the “ml_format” in custom fields?

Use case:
I created a custom post type for employees that has meta boxes for job title, description and email adress. I would love to be able to pull those in with mini loops. I am creating a page that has the department title followed by a loop for employees in that department.
