   If not, any idea how to enable this functionality?

 * This plugin detects ipad as well. You even can set different theme for ipad.

 * Hmmm- that’s not working for me either. Can you confirm that plugin works for
   iPad? Perhaps there’s something else going on with my site.

 * All mobile plugins will display the NORMAL theme for IPAD!
