Plugin more details blank

Hi,
For the last couple of months, on all my sites and on new wordpress installations if I click ‘more details’ from the add plugin page I get presented with the more details popup. The header and tabs are all there, as is the side bar, but there is no text appearing under any of the tabs. All plugins I have clicked more details on are the same.
This happens even if I deactivate all plugins.
Its a bit annoying.
