# Plugin mostly works, poor support from developer

 * This plugin mostly works – my Pin count shows up sometimes but most times it 
   does not.
 * I followed the developers instructions for properly asking for support, but they
   never replied.
 * 3 out of 5 stars because the plugin has glitches and the developers won’t respond
   to properly submitted support requests. I have also let them know that I’ll adjust
   my review if they respond.
