[Plugin: Multiple content blocks] code and button disappear

    I’ve updated the wordpress version to 3.3.1 and also to the last multiple content blocks version and since then the cForms button disappeared and also if i insert the cForms short code in the HTML tab and then go to the Visual tab the cForms code disappear.
    Does anyone have an idea what to do?
