 * Before installing any plugin, I always look a the files before uploading (security)
and I found a file called matej_register_english.php which redirects to your
   site.
 * What would be the purpose behind this?

 * When you run the plugin for the first time it notifies my site that the plugin
has been installed on your site.
I was wondering what percentage of downloaded
plugins actually gets installed and this is the reason I put it in there. You
can safely comment out a line or two that does the actual call.

 * Thanks for the info, can’t be too careful and this could have been interpreted
   as a phishing scheme.

 * It would be cool if this plugin could only show “active” plugins.

 * I had considered at one time doing something similar with my plugins. I don’t
really see it as a problem, however it would certainly be handy for the developer
to comment that section though so that people don’t get suspicious.

 * I do tend to agree with you Whoo, with all the phishing scams going on, a little
   paranoia is in order.
