[Plugin: mySTAT] Fatal Error

First it crashed my site and I had to deactivate all plugins and found that this was the plugin that caused the crash. I did the plugin garbage collector then reinstalled it, but it will not install now. I really loved the plugin and would like it back if you can fix the flaws or the conflict with other plugins it has.
