 * Neither the zip file for 0.2.1 nor the one for 0.2.2 could be used. The first
   one would not even upload, the second one could not be activated because it threw
   a fatal PHP error? The original seems to be doing its job, tho.

 * OK, so I ended up only installing and activating the first one. The other came
   in as an update then later. That said, you need to fix this.

 * Hi, I installed the plugin, but the administrator’s registration email does not
   arrive. Only emails arrive to the customer who registers !!!

   issue as well & I’m also having an issue where the emails aren’t allowing me 
   to customize them.
