# [Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Documentation!!!!

 * Since I’m getting very little help here. And still running into problems.
 * Does anyone at least know where I can find documentation on this plugin?
 * Specifically the code library explaining how to embed it in a page/post.

 * When you create multiple Posts for the same plugin on here they tend to get ignored.
   Also when you bump or add to the post then most of the people who answer will
   skip as they search for Posts with no answer in other words a single post.
    Would
   help to know specifically what you need right now. There is no central documentation.

 * Sorry.
 * When my first post that had a whole bunch of issues got no response, I though
   maybe making a separate post for each problem would be better. The ones I replied
   to, wasn’t just to bump them, it was to provide more info as I made headway on
   my own, and in one instance to provide the solution, once I figured it out. Maybe
   people don’t like that here, but that is generally considered good etiquette.
   Nothing worse than googling a problem and getting a bunch of hit for various 
   forums where it’s unresolved.
 * At this point. I think I’m fine. While being frustrated over the lack of responses,
   I continued my search, and started playing around with WP Photo Album Plus, which
   seems to be a much better…or at least less buggy plugin.

   Its not what people like but if you this search is specifically for posts with
   no replies. When you post again, then it shows as reply and will not come up 
   from that search.

 * Then what do you do when someone responds without helping you at all, because
   they misread or didn’t understand your question?
 * Assuming the user who replied the first time doesn’t respond again with an answer,
   it sounds like double post.
 * I know that’s frowned upon, yet now I have an unanswered question with a reply,
   which from what you’re saying is very unlikely to get another reply.

 * Patience. No one gets paid to answer on here. Plugin authors are on sometimes
   but they don’t get paid either especially when there are few donations…. So answering
   here is not their priority. Working on whatever pays their bills does.
    Some 
   people will NEVER answer a post that has been bumped because they figure it signals
   a failure to follow the rules or someone who EXPECTS free support. And as I said,
   many use the Search I gave above. So when you bumped it you just excluded yourself
   from the search.

 * I realize no one gets paid…and I’ll be patient, but…
 * You really gave me the impression that no one on here really responds to posts
   that already have a response.
