So let’s keep all of the solutions detailed in this post so we don’t have to repost? 🙂 * If I missed a newer post then please point me to the post. * The issue: The float operator doesn’t work in NextGen. So I put [singlepic id =23 width=320 height=240 float=center] and it ignores it entirely. * I’ve seen suggestions at solutions that mentioned folder permissions, what folders and what permission settings are needed? * The issue seems to be independent of the theme in use. * To detail the issue the environment: I made the theme in Artisteer 2 and the site is hosted on Hostgator. This is a workaround hack. go to the html view in your wordpress page/post, and enclose the instance code with a div tag which includes the float style you want in an attribute. Yeah, I know, it’s not elegant. I’ll be looking around for a new plugin, but it’ll work. so: * ```
