# [Plugin Nextgen Gallery] Include/ Exclude not working

 * Hi all.
 * I have a problem with Nextgen where the include option doesn’t work any more.
   I did not develop this site but got the responsibility of maintaining it after
   the other guy left.
 * He used Nextgen to create an image-link that appears in the left sidebar. This
   image is the front cover of an magazine and the client changes it every month.
   The thumbnail acts as a link to the flash flipper for that edition. I can add
   a new image with a link in nextgen but if i exclude all the other images and 
   include the new image, it just keeps showing the old image. No matter what i 
   do the image doesn’t change and the link doesn’t work.
 * He added this code in the sidebar.php of the template to call up nextgen.
 *     ```

       <?php include('past_issues/write_latest_mag.php'); ?>
       <br/>
       ```
   
 * I have updated Nextgen and WP and still nothing. The domain was transferred to
   a new service provider about a month ago with no problems at all. Could this 
   problem be a caused by differences on the new host’s server?
