 * Hi,
 * 1. How do I replace the top photo(under nav bar) on surfearnguide.com
    with the
   flash slide show?
 * I created a sample slideshow with sample images at:
    surfearnguide.com/?p=177
   by inserting the code:
 * slideshow id=x
 * 2. How do I speed up the changes between slides?

 * Although a complete newbie, I have been working for days on creating slideshows.
   I saw your question and thought I would share something that may work for your
   question 2.
 * Go to WP admin, gallery, options, slideshow and change your criteria for transition
   speed by changing the number in “Duration time”.
 * I am not sure how to help you with your question 1. I guess I would start by 
   looking at your template for that section under your the nav bar. Where ever 
   that image is maybe try embedding [slideshow id=x w=2 h=2] the w will tell it
   how wide and the h will tell it the height. However, no clue if this will work.

    Any idea if editing the nextgen css will position
   the slideshow?

 * No idea yet. I am having trouble with my image in the slideshow hanging out in
   the upper left hand corner. One fix would be to change background color so no
   one would notice; however, it would not be centered. A fix for this maybe to

 * I am implementing a shopping cart today with help from a programmer. Maybe he
   can tell me what to do with Slideshow.
 * As soon as I figure out a solution, I will definately share with you.
