# [Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Installing nextgen gallery

 * Hi all, I am having trouble with the NextGen gallery plugin. It is installed 
   and activated. When I try to create a gallery I get the following message
 * Directory wp-content/gallery/ didn’t exist. Please create first the main gallery
   folder !

 * I read about changing permissions but it is all chinese to me 🙁
 * All help will be greatly appreciated

 * I finally found out how to set permissions and it worked
