# [Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Javascript error for lightbox effect

 * I’ve used NextGen many times but never had this issue. I’ve created a gallery
   and embedded it into a post. The thumbnails show up fine but can not get the 
   lightbox effect to work. In IE I get this error message:
 * Message: Object doesn’t support this property or method
    Line: 26 Char: 2 Code:
   0 URI: [http://www.simcomedia.com/fraser/wp-includes/js/thickbox/thickbox.js?ver=3.1-20100407](http://www.simcomedia.com/fraser/wp-includes/js/thickbox/thickbox.js?ver=3.1-20100407)
 * I’ve tried switching to the lightbox effect, no good. None of the others work
   either. I’ve disabled every plugin except this one and still no good (no conflicts).
 * You can view this at [http://www.simcomedia.com/fraser/](http://www.simcomedia.com/fraser/)
   under Galleries select Products. Again, thumbnails display. Also, if you switch
   to slideshow that works. What won’t work is lightbox effect. Help?

 * A client of mine has started getting this error also, NextGEN seems to be the
   cause of it.
 * This error only shows on the site homepage. Other pages are fine.
