I used to use the Smooth Gallery one but also hated that it broke a lot of my jQuery so I took the Smooth Gallery Plugin, which I was familiar with and made it a GalleryView plugin. Shortcode and all the settings (I think) via an admin menu. I’d be glad to share it if anyone would be interested.
