# [Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Nextgen & Plupload

 * I’m having this memory issue not being able to inserting large files to my posts.
   Well, first I solved this using the [WPlupload](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wplupload/)
   plugin which uses Plupload.
    But then I realized, that Nextgens Flash uploader
   won’t work anymore with this other plugin activated, thus I’m not able to upload
   large files to a gallery. Does anybody have a solution getting BOTH work at the
   same time “Upload to post” and “upload to Nextgen”? Dirty hacks are welcome 🙂
   I could switch the WPlupload plugin everytime, but this is pretty annoying. Thanks
   a lot in advance!!

 * I think I found the solution myself. So anybody else with memory issues at providers
   like 1and1: just try using this plugin: [http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/enable-image-scaling-option-on-upload/screenshots/?topic_id=27349](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/enable-image-scaling-option-on-upload/screenshots/?topic_id=27349)
   
   doesn’t have any problems with Nextgen and works like a charm!
