• Hay Guys,

when I upload pictures to a gallery (the amount doesn’t matter)the upload works fine. But when creating the thumbnails a fatal error occurs: Allowed memorysize of 33554432 bytes exhausted. The Problems occurs in the line 723 of nextgen-gallery/lib/gd.thumbnail.inc.php.

looking forward to hear solutions 😉

    Kinds regards Finn

So I found out that my webspace provider only allows 32mb of memory. So I decreased the memory usage in the gd.thumbnail.inc.php file. But it doesn’t work. The pictures I upload are not bigger than 200kb and I have 14mb memory left. SO how can I change the plugin creating only one thumbnail at the moment?

I am also having the same problem. Only when i upload more than 6 images though. I resolve the problem by selecting the thumbnails not created, and apply a ‘re-create’ thumbnails from the gallery. That works, but i would like to resolve this so the error does not occur, it happens on more than one website of mine!
