# [Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Slideshow Doesn't Load

 * I have installed NextGEN successfully to one website but am having difficulty
   with the slideshow loading in a second site, specifically at [http://garryhamilton.com/figures/](http://garryhamilton.com/figures/)
 * I have found this issue mentioned so many times in several forums but I am confused
   as to what I need to do to resolve it.
 * I’d appreciate any help.

   from the slideshow, the loader just keeps on spinning…

 * Did you try the slideshow with another theme, e.g. Twenty Eleven? If it’s working
   there, try checking the theme compatibility in the overview of NextGEN Gallery.
