# [Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] thickbox problem?

    When an image
   in the sidebar gallery is clicked it just appears in the top-left of a blank 
   page instead of in the middle of the flash page with loading / description etc.
   I have all next-gen settings at default. I have loaded the latest next-gen gallery
   and tried several different browsers and even different PC’s

 * Yes it works fine with default theme.
    This would indicate its a conflict between
   the mandigo theme and next-gen gallery. But the strange thing is, one of my other
   sites [http://www.aerohub.co.nz](http://www.aerohub.co.nz) uses the same Mandigo
   theme and Next-Gen gallery works fine in that…

 * The only difference being that the non-conflicting Mandigo theme is version 1.33.1
   
   And the troublesome Mandigo theme is later – version 1.36.2
 * Thats really all it can be?

 * I too am having a problem with NGG / Thickbox and use the Mandigo theme (v. 1.39)
   and WP 2.7. The class is not getting applied when I insert images at full size.
 * If I insert an image as singlepic or thumbnail the Thickbox effect works fine.
   But when I insert an image at full size — which we like to do so we can resize
   photos as desired — the effect does not work. We have to manually add the “link
   to file” and thickbox class for it to work.

 * I have the same problem…
 * Using the theme Wpesp. And it worked previously until updating WordPress…
 * I can get the lightbox to work, but not the thickbox.. I want the thickbox.

 * Had the same problem with the Wpesp theme. If your footer is gone on the page
   where the thickbox gallery is:
 * Add `<?php get_footer(); ?>` at the bottom of the php you use on the page with
   the thickbox. That worked for me 🙂
