 * I re-post as i didn’t write the right tag on topic title…
 * I would like to replace NG ‘basic’ slideshow with Monoslideshow on the sidebar,
   i’m using your ng slideshow widget but how can i switch to the mono ?
 * I tried to chek the option ‘Replace default slideshow’ in Monoslideshow options,
   no result…
 * Alex, do you have a tip for me ? or anyone who did it ?
 * Thanks for help !!

 * i finally found some way to do it on that website : [http://digwp.com/2010/03/shortcodes-in-widgets/](http://digwp.com/2010/03/shortcodes-in-widgets/)
 * here is the ‘simple solution’ :
 * – first : add that line to the functions.php file :
 * add_filter(‘widget_text’, ‘do_shortcode’);
 * – then, use the ‘Text’ widget + write [ monoslideshow id=x etc. ]
 * worked perfectly for me 😉
