# Plugin ‘not a valid plugin’

 * Hi,
 * Am trying to upload this plugin into my WordPress site but when I try to upload
   I get an error message saying ‘The uploaded file is not valid’. Any idea what
   might be wrong?
 * I’m uploading the .zip file as required. Am using the WordPress.com 3.7.0 release
   of the desktop app for windows.
 * Any help greatly appreciated.

 * Nick, instead of uploading the ZIP file, try installing directly by going to “
   Plugins > Add New” and searching for “Embed Webmap” then click the “Install Now”
   button.
