 * I was advised to try your plugin, but on the plugin page for WordPress, there
   is a message saying that it is not allowed due to performance, security and compatibility
   concerns.
 * I don’t know if this is new or not, but I see that it was updated 3 months ago.
 * Any idea what is going on and if I can use this?

 * On the Add Plugin page, when you type w3 total cache in the search box, all of
   the possible plugins to choose from show up. In the upper right corner of the
   w3’s box, where the install button would usually be, is a message “not available”
   with a question mark under it that when hovered over gives the message about
   security, compatibility, etc.
 * I’m not seeing that I can do a screenshot, but if I can, could you let me know
   how and I’ll put one up.
    Thanks JOn

 * Hello, First of all, sorry for the late response and the issue you are having.

   I believe this might be a hosting issue. Some hosts do not allow W3TC to be installed.
   Usually, it’s those who provide their own caching. Who is hosting your site?
   Also, make sure that your WordPress installation is up to date Please make sure
   to update W3TC to the latest version as a lot of fixes have been applied. Please
   give us a feedback and we can close this topic.
 * Best Regards,
 * Marko
