 * At check out I get the following “Sorry it seems there are no available payment
   methods for your state. Please contact us to make other arrangements…”
 * I cannot find why this would be, please help.

 * I did what you suggested which fixed that issue. However, now the credit card
   isn’t being charged. When you enter credit card information at the bottom of 
   the page nothing happens, no confirmation and no cards are being charged. Can
   you help with this?

 * Did you checked order notes and did you see if have anything in unsettled transaction
   in authorize.net

 * No, the order shows pending payment, but no payment has been received by the 
   company. I just tried it myself and it didn’t charge my card, nor did it go through
   to the company.

 * I have to make an small edit to Auth.net library
 * authorizenet-woocommerce-addon/lib/lib/shared/AuthorizeNetRequest.php
 * as VERIFY_PEER to true and it worked
